Every county chapter is managed by a County Coordination Committee, which is responsible for the day-to-day management of the chapter and its compliance with the overall NOWLA objectives and mission. The County Coordination Committee consists of members who are drawn from the local communities, women, youths, and people with disabilities.

The County Coordination Committee's responsibilities include:
1.Providing strategic guidance and oversight for the county chapter's activities.
2.Facilitating community engagement and ensuring that local perspectives and
priorities are incorporated into program planning and implementation.
3.Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, such as local authorities, civil society
organizations, and private sector entities, to foster collaboration and leverage
resources.
4.Monitoring and evaluating the county chapter's performance, and reporting to the
organization's headquarters.
